The Brawler is one of the playable characters in DNF Duel. Announced in August 30, 2023 and released in September 2023, Brawler is the second post-launch character released for the game. He is based on the Brawler sub-class of the Male Fighter in Dungeon Fighter Online.
Unlike most of the playable cast, Brawler is based on the 2nd awakening of the original cast. This is shared with Battle Mage and Monk.

Story
Note that akin to other post-launch characters, Brawler does not have his own unique story mode for the game.
An unstoppable thug who will do anything to win a fight
There was always fighting for sport in the alleys of a gutter.
No-holds-barred fighting.
Ruthless competition in which the loser usually pays with his life; or an arm or leg,
if they're lucky...
Although it was clearly illegal, alley fighting became more popular
as the world became more chaotic.
Eventually, it became so widespread that even the government could not interfere.
A male fighter who is known as Brawler had his beginning as a wagering fighter
in the very same alley.
And it didn't take him long to become the ultimate survivor of the game.
Brawler is extremely cunning, nasty, and just cruel
and he'd just do whatever he can to fight and win.
Not only is he used to no-holds-barred fighting, he enjoys it.
The only thing you can do when you run into him is to run for your life.
Character Overview
A gambling fighter notorious throughout the underworld. He excels at gradually backing his opponent into the wall, pressuring them with his multiple concealed weapons and long reaching chain attacks.

- Brawler's Sand Splash Skill bears strong resemblance to Ryuji Yamazaki's Spray Sand Special Attack from the Fatal Fury/King of Fighters series.
