The Monk, also known as Infighter in Korea and Japan and Blue Gloves Saint Messenger in China, is one of the playable characters in DNF Duel. Announced on February 14, 2024, Monk was released on March 14, 2024 as the game's fourth post-launch character. He is based on the Monk sub-class of the Male Priest in Dungeon Fighter Online.
Unlike most of the playable cast, Monk is based on the 2nd awakening of the original cast. This is shared with Brawler and Battle Mage, both being post-launch characters.

Note that unlike the base roster, Monk lacks a dedicated story mode for the game.

While many envision a Priest as someone with a serene and gentle demeanor
the battle against evil demands the formidable strength of a powerful physique.
The Order of Priests has a long-standing tradition of training its members,
specializing in close-quarters combat with the Holy Fist technique
to eliminate imposters.
A trained individual is referred to as a Monk.
The Monk enacts rightful chastisement in God's power,
aiming to identify impostors and eradicate them.
To overpower an opponent with sheer strength requires
not only ruthlessness and resilience but also unwavering faith and mental fortitude.
Therefore, they constantly discipline themselves and never neglect their training.
