Playable Characters

In DNF Duel, there was a total of 16 playable characters available at launch based on the various original classes from Dungeon Fighter Online, with one being unlockable by completing the game's Story Mode.

In December 2022, Spectre was announced as the first post-launch character for the game alongside the reveal of the game's Nintendo Switch version. Later in the month, it was also revealed that the game was receiving a season pass, adding 4 more additional characters after Spectre's release up to 2024.

Spectre was released as a DLC character in July 2023. Following Spectre's release, Brawler was announced in August 2023 as the second post-launch character and was released in September 2023. In September 2023, Battle Mage was revealed as the third post-launch character and was released in December 2023. In February 2024, Monk was revealed as the fourth post-launch character and was released in the subsequent month. In May 2024, Nen Master was revealed as the fifth-post launch character, being the final addition for the season pass.
